ORCA LIFT Reduced Fare Program

To qualify for the ORCA LIFT King County Reduced Fare Program, a person’s household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines and between the ages of 19 and 64 years.

Those that are eligible will receive a free ORCA LIFT Card. The card does not come pre-loaded with funds. Once received, you can load your new card with a monthly pass or E-Purse funds and ride the bus at a reduced rate.

The ORCA LIFT Program works on Metro buses, ST Link Light Rail, Seattle Streetcar, King County Water Taxi, Sound Transit, and Kitsap Transit buses.
