Veteran Navigation Program

By Erin Trivelas ‐ April 3, 2026

MSC helps veterans and their families who are facing homelessness connect to housing, resources, and support services. If you’re facing homelessness, need help finding a place to live, or just don’t know where to turn, we’re here to walk with you every step of the way. We listen first and then we help.

Eligibility

This program is open to:

  • Unhoused veterans of any branch (including those who served in the Reserves or National Guard)
  • Veterans who are currently homeless or at risk of losing housing after receiving a 30 day notice or less in King County

Set up an appointment with our Veteran System Navigation Coordinator. You will need to provide the following information at your appointment:

  • Proof of military service (we can help you get this if you don’t have it)
  • Photo ID
  • Basic information about your current situation
  • Willingness to work together on a plan that meets your goals

What to expect

MSC can help with:

  • Finding safe and stable housing
  • Applying for rental or move-in assistance
  • Connecting to benefits and community resources
  • Getting help with transportation, food, or clothing
  • Connect to support for mental health, substance use, or recovery
