Carolina initially joined the MSC team in 2017 working as a Young Adult Case Manager for the Federal Way Open Doors program with students ages 16-24 years old helping them navigate education, employment and housing, and other basic needs. In 2021, she began working as a Community Access Coordinator, seeking to connect customers and the general community to MSC services and resources, particularly those individuals and families who are underserved and underrepresented. Carolina is passionate about having a positive impact and helping people when they need it most. She treats everyone she interacts with with respect, dignity and compassion. She finds it rewarding to make positive change in the community while working with others who share the same values.  In her free time, Carolina enjoys art, hiking, cooking and spending quality time with her loved ones.
