Request a CEA Appointment through MSC

The purpose of King County Coordinated Entry for All (CEA) is to ensure all households experiencing homelessness have fair and equal access to assistance with resolving their housing crisis. MSC is one of five Regional Access Points (RAPs) in King County, primarily serving South King County, where clients may seek resources and assistance with finding creative solutions to resolve a housing crisis quickly.

Please contact the MSC RAP or another RAP geographically convenient for you if you are:

  • Literally homeless in King County (Pierce County residents must go through Pierce County Access Point). Literally Homeless is defined as living and sleeping outside, sleeping in a place not meant for human habitation, or staying in emergency shelter
    OR
  • Fleeing/attempting to flee Domestic Violence in King County (Pierce County residents must go through Pierce County Access Point)
    OR
  • Exiting an institution where you resided for up to 90 days and were in shelter or a place not meant for human habitation immediately prior to entering that institution

Young adults imminently at risk of homelessness within 14 days are also eligible for CEA.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MSC RAP DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMEDIATE HOUSING OR HOTEL/MOTEL VOUCHERS.
