Veterans Navigation Program

We help veterans and their families who are facing homelessness connect to housing, resources, and support services. If you’re facing homelessness, need help finding a place to live, or just don’t know where to turn, we’re here to walk with you every step of the way. We listen first and then we help.

How we can help:

  • Finding safe and stable housing
  • Applying for rental or move-in assistance
  • Connecting to benefits and community resources
  • Getting help with transportation, food, or clothing
  • Connect to support for mental health, substance use, or recovery

Eligibility:

This program is open to:

  • Unhoused veterans of any branch (including those who served in the Reserves or National Guard)
  • Veterans who are currently homeless or at risk of losing housing in King County

What you will need:

  1. Proof of military service (we can help you get this if you don’t have it)
  2. Photo ID
  3. Basic information about your current situation
  4. Willingness to work together on a plan that meets your goals

If you’re a veteran in need of support, or a provider looking to collaborate, we invite you to connect with us. Together, we can ensure no veteran is left behind.
